The problem I am having is I am using a Microsoft word program that was pre-installed on the computer when I bought it. It has worked fine right up until recently, and I am finding that Microsoft Office is now “retired,” how envious I am , and from that point on it has not worked correctly.

Previously I was able to open it and click on “new” document, and I had options from a variety of templates, letters, cards, envelopes, business cards, labels, etc. Now all of that is gone. I merely shows a window telling me this screen. When I click on one of the options to the left to get a template displayed, it goes to this. These screen shots are not in order, and I don’t know how to separate them to type in between,.
